Trying to figure out nice lunch plans, we ended up here. We were in a little bit of a rush so we let the waitress and chef know. They accommodated us quickly, gave us an entire hibachi show and served us some excellent steak and shrimp! We went on a Sunday, there is no lunch menu on Sunday just dinner, but prices weren't too bad for dinner. Had a great time!

We’ve been to Seiko Hibachi & Sushi multiple times now, and somehow each visit is even better than the last. Last night we tried one of their sushi rolls and it was absolutely spectacular. It was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. What truly sets this place apart though is the owner. He is one of the kindest people you’ll meet and always goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. This time he even brought us sushi chips to try, which were amazing and such a thoughtful touch. Every time we dine here, we feel like family. If you’re looking for incredible food and an even better experience, this is the place to go.

This lunch experience at Seiko Sushi & Hibachi was GREAT! The new design and lyout was gorgeous. The owners were some of the nicest people you could meet. I started with the shrimp tempura which was exceptional, and very refreshing as it has been very difficult to find good shrimp tempura around the neighborhood. The soup was a beef broth (real) with a hint of onion. It's much more clear than typical beef broth soup's as it is homemade and not from a can, like most places. Then I ordered the half chicken teriyaki and half filet teriyaki. The chicken was very good, but the filet (mmm) was ultra tender, well flavored and you can tell it was a quality cut of beef. Since I went in very early, I got to get some really good pics of the place and I will tell you, it's extremely clean and well kept up. Interestingly, there was a nice side room for larger parties or private events, very convenient. The owners frequently say "hello", check on the quality and make sure your experience is top-notch. This was a very nice lunch and I look forward to my next visit. Although I love the entertainment around the hibachi grill, I also like to sit in the booth, for the sam quality, when I'm in a rush.

Review for Seiko Hibachi – Little Elm Seiko Hibachi has only been open for one week, and overall I was impressed enough that I plan to go back in a few weeks once they work out the opening bugs. We came in with a large group of 16 (8 adults and 8 kids), and they did a great job accommodating us, including food preferences. The kids enjoyed the food, which is always a win with a group this size. The cooks were fantastic—engaging everyone at the table, from our 18-month-old all the way up to our 6-year-old. They really made the experience fun. That said, there were a few disappointments. They advertise kids under 12 eat free (chicken hibachi) with an adult hibachi on Mondays and Wednesdays, but there was no mention anywhere about holiday exclusions. There was even a sign when we walked in advertising the special, and by the time we left, an additional note had been added saying “not on holidays,” which was frustrating and felt a bit misleading. They also did not have cold sake available, even though it’s advertised on the menu. I’m hoping that’s just part of the early opening kinks. Food-wise, the rice and steak were phenomenal.
